I have no words to describe, really I am so amused looking at it.
Will try to come up with a few lines and update the comment soon :-)
    Awesome work, awesome.
Yup, it indeed was a long wait after your last one, and looking at this masterpiece, I felt, yes it proved to be a "Sweet Wait". :-)

  3. Got a few lines for the "sweet wait" :-)
    Here you go -
Kab aayega woh aane wala kal,
sadiyon se lambe hue ab yeh pal.
hawa kare shor aur paani chal chal,
Dil yeh ga raha hai machal machal.

Kab se karen hai tera intezaar,
khole hai khidki aur yeh dwaar.
Kehte hai dil se yahi baar baar,
hoga bus abhi hoga tera deedar.

You know what, these lines were being composed when I was doing "shavasana" in my yoga class today :-)

  5. This picture is surely one of the happiest reverberating of joy, enthusiasm and life. It has everything: Birds chirping and singing the sweetest songs, peacock soaking in multifarious glory, fire of desire, leaves of love leaping up to heavens, butterflies spreading warmth and gaiety on the arrival of spring.
In a way, it is in complete contrasts to the earlier paintings on this forum. While, they were nostalgic and melancholic, this one paints wait in sweet longing of ethereal charms. The symbols: Peacock, Birds, butterflies, flowers, leaves, flames wait for single spring, a single season and one and only moment to spread life. This is what the painting conveys through intricate designs spread all over the space. The designs are not subdued or silhouetted, neither are they subdued- hidden behind a million thoughts. Designs beckon the viewer, forcing one to think the best of the times, dive into the fantasies and create dreams of his own and become a part of the vibrancy of this piece. There are so many delicate, yet firm strokes that show the vigor called life.
Taken together, it makes “Wait” a totally new experience and gives a new dimension to otherwise a very mundane activity i.e. Sweet things are surely worth the wait and anticipation of sweetness is worth savoring.
